It was evident that extra cleaning was taking place. The car was sanitized before I test drove it.
My sales person, Arthur Khachikyan, was very respectful and took the time to answer my questions. He walked me through all the features of the car and was respectful of what I wanted. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions. The finance team (Setareh & Michal) were very knowledgeable and quick in processing my payment. The car was spotless when I picked it up and it was a great experience.

Stephen Tressider, our salesman, was excellent. Your cars sell themselves, and he let them do just that. He was also very good in arranging a fair deal for us. We came away thinking it was a dignified process rather than having to haggle and push back.
We had an excellent salesperson who was knowledgeable but not pushy, and the rest of the staff we dealt with were equally informative but we never felt highly pressured.

Everyone was masked and spacing for seating was provided while waiting.
The service worker, Mike, was extremely helpful with advise with a number of issues that I was dealing with. The technician was also exceptional and was able to make a fob without the 2nd fob and showed me how to change the battery.
