A refreshing car buying experience. We initially contacted another dealer on Vancouver Island who could not account for additional fees when asked, however this was nothing to do with Mazda so we tried this dealer. Larry was professional and most important transparent and the business team were quick to respond and helpful. In a day when service is lacking, it was nice to find this very well run business. We will be completing a purchase from them in the future and will recommend them to friends.

We received excellent service when we brought our Mazda 3 in for repairs. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed. The work was completed promptly, and the car runs perfectly now. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that’s honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Last week, I purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Morrey Mazda, and I had Shervin assisting me throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, very helpful, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I also truly appreciate the finance team, who were supportive and guided me through every step of the process. I bought a CX-7 in 2010 & it was also serviced @ Morrey Mazda of the North Shore.
I loved my Mazda so much that my 1st choice when looking for a new car was to look at another Mazda.
Also I have also been impressed with the service department. Always treated with respect & all members ready to explain services to me.
Hand sanitizer was available & new masks were also on hand.
Very friendly service & @ the same time very professional.Not at all “pushy”
I would recommend Justin Erb to anyone!!

Kevin Parker and his team are consistently kind, efficient, informative and always treat me with respect and I feel valued as a customer. You can’t ask for more - truly! Best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
COVID precautions are well put in place there and every time I have gone to get anything done in the past year I have always felt safe.
Service was done an hour earlier than I expected. I was treated very well, as usual. I was given a courtesy car, which made the wait so much easier. I got my car back nice and clean and when driving it I felt a noticeable improvement in performance. Can’t ask for more!! I drove from across town - 40 min drive - because the service is so great at Morrey of the North Shore.

I am in the process of moving to Alberta and therefore could have waited to purchase to avoid the provincial sales tax. The primary reason I chose to purchase from this dealership is because of the wonderful team in the service department. I've had both my previous Mazda vehicles regularly serviced there and have been 100% satisfied. Good job, Kevin, Armin and Mike. Always professional and helpful.
Masks, hand sanitizer, glass barriers, social distancing protocols were all in available and in place and respected when needed.
I needed to purchase the vehicle very quickly but wanted to fully understand all of the the features and benefits of the car. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the process. The process was seamless from start to finish.

The service advisor (Armin Kamali) was super friendly and efficient. I really like the fact that my car was ready when promised. This demonstrates a respect for my time. I also really like the complimentary wash and vacuum service. I didn't even recognize my car when i saw it outside as it looked so clean. I thought it was one of your new cars for sale!

Staff were friendly + welcoming, it was easy to set up an appointment for service and I was able to get an appointment to fit my schedule. I love that my car is washed and vacuumed after servicing, also appreciate the covid safety checklist that lists all surfaces in the car that were disinfected before I picked it up.
