My sales person, Arthur Khachikyan, was very respectful and took the time to answer my questions. He walked me through all the features of the car and was respectful of what I wanted. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions. The finance team  (Setareh & Michal) were very knowledgeable and quick in processing my payment. The car was spotless when I picked it up and it was a great experience.
