The service personnel were very courteous and went the extra mile - I had booked only to change my snow tires and they also fitted me in for a service and car wash when I realized I was due.I also appreciated the use of the courtesy bikes while waiting

Despite the easing of restrictions, they are still sanitizing, distancing etc. I am always greeted warmly, treated like I have a brain and I never feel ripped off.
