Brad went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, including answering every one of my emails even on his days off. Both Brad and Michael come across as sincere and genuine, definitely not what the stereotypical car salesman is known for. Michael made sure I left the dealership knowing as much about my car as my poor brain could retain. LOL. And I know if I have any questions he will definitely be happy to help me in the future.
