A refreshing car buying experience. We initially contacted another dealer on Vancouver Island who could not account for additional fees when asked, however this was nothing to do with Mazda so we tried this dealer. Larry was professional and most important transparent and the business team were quick to respond and helpful. In a day when service is lacking, it was nice to find this very well run business. We will be completing a purchase from them in the future and will recommend them to friends.

I had a great experience with Mazda North Shore. The whole service was fast and efficient. Larry our salesperson was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and understanding of what I was looking for in a new car. The finance team was also understanding of the budget I was trying to stay within and easily made the changes I wanted. Once I got in the car, Larry showed me all the details and I drove away happy.
