ONLINE SALES AND SAFETY-FIRST APPOINTMENTS 

We at Morrey Mazda know that during these times there is still a demand for our customer’s automotive needs. Our sales department is open for business both Virtually and In Person. 

We want to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Through enhanced safety precautions, the increased supply of essential sanitizing products, and proper social distancing, we are confident that we have taken the proper steps to ensure a safe experience. 

First things First:

For our team’s Safety, we ask that you please follow these policies:


1) If you have recently returned to Canada from outside Canada within the past 14 days, please wait to book your appointment until after the required 14 days mandatory self-quarantine enforced by the BC Ministry of Health.

 

2)Do you have a cough, fever or experiencing flu-like symptoms? If you are, please wait to book your appointment until you have been symptom free for one week.

 

3) Have you had contact with an infected individual or someone who has been quarantined by public health due to the exposure to COVID-19? If so, please wait to book your appointment until you have self-quarantined for the required 14 days


HOW DO YOU BUY A CAR? 

  • Virtually - You can do it all over the phone, text, email, video calls, and eDoc signing
  • Walk-In - You can still come in to visit us the old fashioned way. We are doing this by Appointment Only and available to you Monday through Saturday. 
  • Safety - When you arrive for an appointment we will provide you with safety gloves for your drive and ensure our cars are clean and sanitized at all times. We will personally wipe down the door handles, steering wheel, start-up buttons, wiper controls, electronic controls, and shifter prior to every test drive. 
  • Safety - You can go alone on your own for a 10-minute long test drive. No concerns over someone being in the car that is not your family. 
  • Safety - We are not overcrowded with staff. The majority of your transactions can be done over the phone. With e-signatures done where possible with the limited person to person interaction. 
  • Service - We can deliver the car to your home if necessary or keep the proper distance with you during your transaction. 
  • Convenience - Our insurance provider will complete your insurance transaction over the phone. 

 

CAN YOU FINANCE A CAR? 

  • You can apply for automotive credit with all of our major lending institutions online or one of our Financial Managers can contact you by phone or email. 
  • All of the major lenders are working remotely from home and available to you during opening business hours. We can be your eyes and ears during this process.
