The service team is really customer friendly, they’re all just lovely. I also greatly value a place to work and having wifi available, I work in Richmond so it’s easier for me to just wait and work on my laptop in the waiting area. Despite the easing of restrictions, they are still sanitizing, distancing etc. I am always greeted warmly, treated like I have a brain and I never feel ripped off.
