I am actually able to operate features I didn't realize existed!

This is my 4th Mazda and the first time I have had a "Delivery Experience Specialist". In the previous 3 purchases, the sales person has given me a quick & somewhat incomplete guideline of how to use various features. As a result of this purchase experience, I am actually able to operate features I didn't realize existed!

Yes, the social distance protocols are always in place, and the card that you get in your vehicle when it's picked up always confirms the protocols.
