I am actually able to operate features I didn't realize existed!
This is my 4th Mazda and the first time I have had a "Delivery Experience Specialist". In the previous 3 purchases, the sales person has given me a quick & somewhat incomplete guideline of how to use various features. As a result of this purchase experience, I am actually able to operate features I didn't realize existed!

Despite the easing of restrictions, they are still sanitizing, distancing etc. I am always greeted warmly, treated like I have a brain and I never feel ripped off. Kevin & his team were professional, polite and it was a positive experience. Went in to have my snow tires put on & they always check for any issues. My car is 11 years old and the steering wheel pump hose was leaking which I hadn't noticed. They replaced it; what a difference! Many thanks again...
