I am actually able to operate features I didn't realize existed!
This is my 4th Mazda and the first time I have had a "Delivery Experience Specialist". In the previous 3 purchases, the sales person has given me a quick & somewhat incomplete guideline of how to use various features. As a result of this purchase experience, I am actually able to operate features I didn't realize existed!

The staff are super. They pay attention to the details, which is really important - for example, I asked to have a silicone lub applied to the rubber around the convertible top. No problem.
