The service team is really customer friendly, they’re all just lovely. I also greatly value a place to work and having wifi available, I work in Richmond so it’s easier for me to just wait and work on my laptop in the waiting area. The staff are super. They pay attention to the details, which is really important - for example, I asked to have a silicone lub applied to the rubber around the convertible top. No problem.
