    I was involved in a car accident that resulted in my vehicle being written off by ICBC. Once I realized I was now going to be 'car-less' I needed to come up with a solution, and fast. I found myself actually paying attention to TV commercials during my evening down-time. I called the dealership and asked if there was any way of having someone pick me up so I could take a test drive, and to get some more information on financing options. Mike Gray picked me up within the hour, and brought me to the dealership which I felt to be well above-and-beyond protocol. Mike was very helpful in all areas of my eventual purchase of a Mazda3 Sport, and listened to what I had to say when it came to my financing. He worked out a payment plan that was more than comfortable for me, which solidified the deal for me.
