    This was my wife and I's first car buying experience, and we were very glad to have had a pleasant and pressure-free experience. We were already committed to a Mazda3 when we walked through the door, so our sales specialist (Arthur) didn't need to explain much with respect to competing models from other manufacturers. He was very courteous, friendly, personable and honest, did not try to pressure us in to anything and made good recommendations. His explanation of the features in each trim level was also clear and we never felt like we were misunderstanding each other. One other comment: when we came to collect our car and sign the papers, we didn't know about the option of extending the warranty coverage to 4 years rather than the standard 3 years. This came as a surprise and I would have appreciated knowing this in advance, since given our tight budget, this was a significant add-on that we weren't able to properly weigh. The finance rep we were speaking to (James) did not pressure us at all however, and gave us ample time to consider it alone. I don't know if this is standard practice, but it has not detracted from our overall experience. We will gladly be recommending this dealership (and Arthur in particular) to any of our friends who are looking to purchase in the future. We feel like we have purchased an excellent car and we are already loving it.
